Kumar Rahul – The Culinary Visionary Behind Desi Delicacy’z
Kumar Rahul is the founder and passionate force behind Desi Delicacy’z. Originally from Bihar, Rahul moved to Bengaluru in 2022 in search of new opportunities and quickly discovered the one thing he missed most — the authentic flavors of home. That void became the inspiration for something bigger: a platform that could deliver truly regional Indian delicacies with the taste, texture, and tradition they deserve.
Rahul’s deep-rooted connection to his culture, combined with his love for food, sparked the idea of bringing India’s forgotten flavors to the forefront. He began sourcing ingredients from local farms and traditional kitchens across Bihar and other regions, ensuring every product tells a story and every dish feels like home.
