Order Cancellation Rights

Refund – refund will be credited to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

Replacement – replacement orders will be delivered within 3-5 hours.

Orders can be returned within 1hour of receiving

You may cancel your order within 1 Hour of placing it, provided the food has not yet been prepared or dispatched.

Shipping policy – Orders will be delivered with in 2 Hours.

Conditions for Returns

As our products are freshly prepared and perishable, returns are not accepted once the order has been confirmed, prepared, or delivered.

Please double-check your order details before placing it. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or spoiled item, you must notify us within 1 hour of delivery and provide supporting photos. We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for complaints made after this timeframe or without valid evidence.
